• Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your therapist will try their best to complete your service within the booking timeline. Please be aware that certain steps in your treatment may have to be excluded due to the reduced time.

  • We love our keiki, but we will not be able to perform any services to the best of our ability as well as need to maintain a quiet environment for the surrounding staff members with keiki present. For safety reasons, we will not be able to accept any persons age 18 or younger unless they receive parental consent prior to their service.

  • Cash, credit cards or gift certificates are all acceptable forms of payment. Valid gift certificates can be used to purchase any service or product within 1 year of gift certificate purchase date.

  • All services are by appointment only. You may easily book your appointment online, by phone or text.

  • We suggest parking at the Lani Huli Building. This is the closest parking lot and the best time you will get per quarter.

    Upon parking, walk up to street level and look for the pink building beside McDonalds. We are located on the corner of the building near the Martial Arts Center.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment without incurring charges. Please contact The Skin Hut if you are not feeling well or if there is an emergency.
