All of our facials in either membership program will be customized to your skin. Our licensed therapists will assess your skin or body concerns and determine which service would best suit you. You may also request a specific facial or massage if you have a preference.

Of course! There are many enhancements like LED light therapy, mano'i scalp massage or hot stones that our customers often add to their custom facial services. These add on's will be an additional cost that you will incur on the day of your service. However, if you are booking a 60 or 90 minute massage you may chose 1 complimentary add on including- medi cupping (vacuum cupping), hot stones, or a mano'i scalp massage.

Absolutely! If you prefer a specific therapist we suggest you book out all of your facials or massages for the duration of your membership. This will make it more likely that you have an opportunity to see your fave therapist. However, we cannot guarantee that you will see your preferred therapist if your appointment is made last minute.

Unfortunately, we have to limit our memberships due to staffing restraints. We can accommodate 30 total members at this time. Once that amount is met, you may be added to our waitlist to be notified when there are more openings for new members.

The membership payment is on a reoccurring basis, scheduled on the 1st of each month for a 6 month commitment.

If you would like to renew your membership you would just let our staff know 30 days prior to your end date. You may also call or email the spa to ensure your membership remains active. Memberships will remain active for the same price of sign up.

You may cancel or continue your membership after the 6 month commitment by emailing us at: skinhuthawaii@gmail.com.

If you choose to cancel, you will forgo any previously discounted member rates.
